The Beautiful Two-Bedroom Spa Villa featured a lovely private pool and spacious living areas. Unfortunately, the cleaning standards could use improvement.

Gorgeous place, I liked reasonably good personnel.
My room was well-kept and tidy and included a dining area, a sitting area, and ironing facilities. And there was a great view of the sea. The good service and the attention to detail...

the hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a beach area, just off dirt/sands, the sea and the nearest ferry terminal. in overall the room was a nice size and well-kept and with cheap local drinks in the fridge and snacks. the location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect and i could use free parking on site.

The villa had far too many mosquitos buzzing around, very charming i suppose, and the air conditioning broke down in one room, lovely surprise. I expected a complimentary gesture for these inconveniences, but alas, i guess treating everyone the same is their motto. Almost gave a good review, but seriously-who needs that noise?

Super service, beautiful small villas with enough space and a great private pool, perfect for relaxing.
Unfortunately quite far away from Batam City and other activities. Rather something for families or couples and less for friends who are also looking for adventures during the day/night.

The Montigo was a fantastic retreat with spacious accommodations with a private pool, offering fine views. The staff were very good, with special mentions to Erwin for his superb housekeeping and help with our requests.
Inconsistently maintained facilities.

Very clean and well maintained complex. Super friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Restaurant also very good
No area to relax in. Except outside your own room. Very loud music at the pool. There should be a possibility to set up sunbeds at the SPA area, where you can enjoy the sea even at high tide. With a small service of towels, drinks and snaks this would be another highlight for people who are looking for peace and quiet.

Amazing beach vibe and chill vibes!
We just spent 3 nights in a one-bedroom villa with our own pool. The bathroom was a showstopper, super clean with marble vibes and a massive tub. Plus, breakfast was a spread! Only bummer was that the room layout was a bit off from the pics, but it was still comfy overall.

The plant was not overcrowded. The own pool is awesome.
It's a pity you can't go into the sea. The sea water is quite dirty.

Gorgeous hotel, good service, magnificent location. Outstanding food in the restaurant, inclusive breakfast with better quality coffee and also different varieties. The deluxe villa was huge on the main bedroom, the bed was comfy. Location just off the beach or restaurants as well as transport to the nearest ferry terminal from the Resort. Early check-in, late check-out. Beach bar and very clean pool.

The experience was marred by a few key issues. The food was overpriced and not worth the cost, pushing dining expenses well beyond $100 AUD for two, even though quality was lacking. The amenities were somewhat disappointing, especially with the outdoor gym being little more than inadequate equipment and a noted absence of a pool table. My villa had a noticeable sewage smell in the restroom initially, despite the management attempting to resolve it with fragrance burners. The location is quite isolated. Lastly, the beach area left much to be desired-with trash strewn about and non-swimmable water, it wasn't the relaxing retreat we hoped for.

The facilities are great we had a villa that could have easily held 2 couples. It is over 3 floors with a roof top area for BarBQ & a private (but unheated) small / plunge pool.
The resort is very isolated & at this time is still under construction ( eg. Bar not complete) Personal issue WiFi simply not good enough. I use streaming services like Spotify / Sky FM for music & video calling to talk to my son.
